2014年在湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院取得博士学位,于当年进入贵州大学电子科学与技术博士后工作站就职,出站后在太阳集团贵宾网站|注册(歡迎您)任教,2018年评为副教授,2021年评为教授。2017年成为硕士导师,对研究生兢兢业业,相处融洽,每个研究生都以第一作者发表过高水平SCI论文,拿到奖学金。
