2014年在湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院取得博士学位，于当年进入贵州大学电子科学与技术博士后工作站就职，出站后在太阳集团贵宾网站|注册(歡迎您)任教，2018年评为副教授。2017年开始成为硕士导师，对研究生兢兢业业，相处融洽，每个研究生都发表了SCI论文，拿到了奖学金。
